Due to the new Covid-19 London Regulations PSP weekly shipping days will be reduced - Please contact us if your order is urgent.
Due to Covid-19 our shipping days have changed from now until further notice we will aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 72 hours of placing your order. If you need items in a hurry please message us to see what we can do.
Black Friday Sale Returns
You have 14 days from the day of parcel arrival to return unwanted sale items
Returned sale item received after 14 days will be refunded via a store credit note only.

EXOTIC WEAR IS NON REFUNDABLE - Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Underwear is not permitted to be returned for a refund or an exchange unless faulty.
All exotic wear sales are final.
Sale Items Lead Time - Sale orders can take 3 days to be processed.
Prices can and will change to keep in line with UK postage costs.

European and International X-Pole Accessories Shipping
Please contact us for a shipping quote when ordering X-pole Accessories as these vary depending on items ordered and shipping country.
Please note some non mainland islands will incur additional shipping fees these include but are not limited to St Martin/St Maarten, Islands in the Caribbean, and The Maldives.
Please Note orders sent to a PO BOX can't be sent tracked or signed therefore appropriate insurance cannot be added to these parcels. All recipients using a PO BOX do so at their own risk - Pole Sweet Pole will not be responsible for any loss or damage accrued when using a PO BOX delivery address
Local taxes and charges that may be applied are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
For overseas parcels that are undelivered and returned to us: shipping costs will be deducted from any moneys returned. Any undelivered parcels may also incur an admin fee but this is down to our discretion.
Pleaser Shoes Shipping Options
UK Shipping - If you are ONLY purchasing Pleaser shoes please select the 2nd Class shipping option at checkout but be aware that Pleaser shoes can take 6-10 days for UK delivery, if you are purchasing other items as well as Pleaser shoes please select the relevant shipping option for your order and shipping destination.
Non UK Surcharge - For European orders an £8.50 surcharge is added and for the Rest of the World a £10.00 surcharge is added. All Pleaser Shoes come directly from the supplier so taxes may apply (Country depending) please check with your local tax office for charges - All taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Europe and the Rest of the World Shipping - Please select the relevant shipping charge for the number of items purchased
Delivery Times - All orders take 6-10 days to be delivered. (Country depending)
PLEASE NOTE: All Pleaser shoes, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee and cost of redelivery as stipulated by our supplier. All costs occurred due to refunds or exchanges are to be paid for by the customer.
DryHands Studio Packs
DryHands Studio Packs - For non UK addresses there is a small surcharge added to cover the additional cost of shipping these are £2 for Europe and £4 for the rest of the world.
All Items Pre-ordered will be dispatched the day they arrive at Pole Sweet Pole HQ.
All items purchased at the same time will be dispatched together in the one parcel unless otherwise pre-arranged with us.
We will do our best to help you when it comes to you not being happy with any of the items you receive. Please contact us immediately so we can help you solve the matter as we want you to be happy with your purchases.
All items are checked thoroughly for defects before they are packed and sent to you.
Please take care when trying garments on,
If the item purchased is clearly too small for you then could we please ask that you don't attempt to try it on as any item damaged in this way cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you need to return your item/s for any reasons please contact us at email@example.com within 72hrs of receiving your parcel to let us know what’s wrong and how you would like to proceed.
Undergarments should always be worn when trying on all Pole Wear. Items that appear worn will not be eligible for an Exchange or Refund.
All items returned must be in their original unworn condition
with original packaging and tags still attached.
Upon us receiving your return the items will be checked and either a replacement sent or your money minus the postage will be refunded to the account it was paid from.
With the exception of faulty items the customer is responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.
